  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall business strategy to ensure long-term success and sustainability, driving growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
  • Financial Management: Work closely with the CFO and finance team to manage the company’s
    financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, fundraising, and financial planning to support future growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with the board of directors, investors, strategic partners, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders. Regularly report on the company’s progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Drive fundraising efforts to secure capital for scaling operations, product development, and market expansion. Manage relationships with current and potential investors.
  • Sustainability Leadership: Ensure the company remains focused on its sustainability mission by incorporating environmental responsibility into every aspect of the business.

Keith McAllister is a seasoned business leader with over 35 years of experience in business development personnel management, and productivity tracking. He is recognized for his expertise in motivating personnel through positive reinforcement, effective communication, and team-building techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of all operational aspects of the company, ensuring seamless coordination across departments (production, engineering, R&D, finance, HR, sales, etc.).
  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Financial Management: Partner with the CFO to monitor financial performance, develop budgets, and ensure that operations are running cost-effectively and efficiently to maximize profitability.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Oversee customer service and ensure that the company maintains strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Culture & Leadership: Foster a positive, results-oriented work culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and a shared commitment to the company’s mission. In addition to Oversight for Operational Efficiency, Talent Development and Cross-functional Collaboration
Background:

Gregory P. Garland is a seasoned energy industry expert with nearly 5 decades of experience in engineering, management, and energy efficiency. He led DTE Energy’s Energy Optimization C&I Small Business Group, overseeing energy efficiency programs for business customers. Previously, he managed the Lower Woodward initiatives at the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation, for the 2006 Superbowl in
Downtown Detroit. Throughout his tenure at DTE Energy, he held leadership roles in engineering, marketing, product development, and community engagement. Garland holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and multiple industry certications. He has also served on the boards of various Ethnic business organizations.
